At BLBA Kurti, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange as per the policy below.

You may request a return or exchange if:

The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered

The request is raised within 30 minutes of delivery

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

Sale / Discounted items (unless received damaged or defective)
🔄 Exchange Policy

Size or product exchange is allowed once per order

Exchange is subject to product availability

If the requested size/design is unavailable, we will issue a store credit
💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided in cash

Approved refunds will be issued as:

Store Credit, or
-
Original payment method (only in case of prepaid orders, if applicable)

COD charges (if any) are non-refundable
🚚 Return Pickup

Return pickup will be arranged after approval

In some locations, customers may be asked to self-ship the product

Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side

⏳ Processing Time

Exchanges are processed within 7–9 working days after receiving the product

Store credit/refund (if approved) will be processed within 15 working days

BLBA Kurti reserves the right to accept or reject any return or exchange request after quality inspection.
