Returns & Exchange

At BLBA Kurti, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange as per the policy below.


✅ Eligibility for Return / Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered

  • The request is raised within 30 minutes of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact


❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Requests raised after 30 minutes of delivery

  • Sale / Discounted items (unless received damaged or defective)


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Size or product exchange is allowed once per order

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

  • If the requested size/design is unavailable, we will issue a store credit


💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided in cash

  • Approved refunds will be issued as:

    • Store Credit, or

    • Original payment method (only in case of prepaid orders, if applicable)

  • COD charges (if any) are non-refundable


🚚 Return Pickup

  • Return pickup will be arranged after approval

  • In some locations, customers may be asked to self-ship the product

  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side


📝 How to Request a Return / Exchange

  • Order ID

  • Registered email / phone number

  • Clear images or video of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 3–5 working Days.


⏳ Processing Time

  • Exchanges are processed within 7–9 working days after receiving the product

  • Store credit/refund (if approved) will be processed within 15 working days


📌 Important Note

BLBA Kurti reserves the right to accept or reject any return or exchange request after quality inspection.
